Cherry Blossom Madness!

With Ben away on vacation, Matt takes the opportunity to educate Burke on the top-10 cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan because, well, the activity of cherry blossom viewing rules the news at this time of year.  Also in the news, very loud and impolite political campaigning for current elections, and also a new (and almost strict) law about riding bicycles in Japan.
