3 Must Eat Japanese Summer Foods
Show Notes

The summer is here and it has been one of the hottest summers yet.  There was a crazy two week heatwave with daily temperatures of over 30 degrees that has just ended in spectacular fashion with a 10 degree temperature drop down to around 20 degrees with non-stop heavy rain. The weather is very strange this year.

Well, as it is summer, and surely enough, the good weather will return soon, Burke and I thought it would be the perfect time to talk about the best Japanese summer foods during the hot and muggy days. We talk about noodles, we also give our personal top 3 yakitori sticks, and much much more. Enjoy the show!
